Self Development Sessions

These sessions support clients to connect to what is at the root of patterns, behaviors and emotional blockages that make us feel heavy and drained.  The sessions provide support to reveal and connect to the patterns that have held us back from living more of who we truthfully are. 

As we begin to understand why we are living in a certain way and the choices we are making that are not supportive, we open up the possibility to start to make different choices that feel true without being laced with the expectations we place on ourselves and from others of “how we should be” and “what we should be doing” so therefore the picture we are so often trying to live up to.  Please note: These sessions usually incorporate Esoteric Body Work as individually required.

Esoteric Chakra-puncture can provide us with an opportunity to look at our current lifestyle and bring clarity to what is supporting us and what is not.

We store on the face what we emotionally feel. Often we can look in the mirror and see on our faces what we feel in our bodies. For example we might see the tiredness around the eyes and cheeks, or a tightness on our jaw from ‘gritting our teeth’.

Specialised Esoteric Massage is a deeply ‘stilling’ and healing technique to receive – it reaches far beyond the ‘relaxation effect’ that is so often sought with massage.

Esoteric massage enhances the body’s natural ability to rebalance and therefore heal.  Esoteric massage provides you with the opportunity to reconnection to your own gentleness that perhaps you have not experienced for a long time.  Once this connection has been made, the massage can help clear the stress and tension and hence allows the body to return to its natural way of expression/movement.

Our bodies talk to us all the time, about what they like, what they don’t like, what feels good, and what doesn’t. When we get caught up in day-to-day life we tend to ignore these messages. Over time we can take ourselves to a place of exhaustion and overwhelm.
