Esoteric Chakra-puncture can provide us with an opportunity to look at our current lifestyle and bring clarity to what is supporting us and what is not.

The body is very clear about what is a supportive choice for you and what is not. Our body never lies – so what we feel is how we have been living. Illness and disease are clear and loud examples of where the body is dealing with the consequences of choices that were not ‘for us’.

Choosing to heal

Chakra-puncture sessions, like any esoteric healing, gives us the opportunity to feel this in a more focused way.  Once we are open enough to contemplate that how we feel is possibly a result of how we have been living then we can bring in the honesty to look at why we choose the behaviour.  That honesty gives us an opportunity to choose something different, and as we live more consistently in that way, our body starts to reflect those new more supportive choices.

By committing to a series of treatments, you are choosing to check in with your body in a more intense way, to look at your patterns – see what it is that takes you off.  It is then easier to build consistency in our choices, the world stops spinning inside us and we are able to observe situations. This leads to:

• better sleep patterns
• less anxiety
• more energy

The kidneys and adrenals can do what they do best in our body – giving us the energy we thought we were getting from outside stimulation.

Programs

A detox program is run over 12 weeks and supports our choice to clear out old patterns and beliefs. For example letting go of old eating patterns or addictions such as smoking, alcohol, coffee and sugar.

The ‘Chemo-wash’ program supports the body during chemotherapy treatment. It helps the body not fight the drugs and clients have said they felt more balanced both physically and emotionally. The Chemo-wash can also be a support when having anaesthetics or immunisations.

All the programs have the same foundation – building you from the inside out so you become more aware of your choices – that is ultimately how we let go of things – by feeling in our body how much more we are without the crutches.

What the treatment involves

Chakra-Puncture used fine gauge needles.  The sessions are an hour long and are run on the hour and the half hour.  The investment is $60 per session. There are scaled costs for programs and 2 sessions per week - please ask for details.
