These sessions support clients to connect to what lies beneath the patterns or the 'problem' areas of day to day life they are having difficulty shifting. Through exploring old ideals and beliefs that may be present, these sessions provide a space to examine the behaviours and emotional blockages which can leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, drained with a sense of feeling heavy or generally sad and are therefore hold us back in life.
Through self-understanding we can accept the possibility that some of the choices we are making may not be supportive. We then open up the opportunity to start to make different choices. Without the pressure of the expectations we place on ourselves, and feel from others, of “how we should be” and “what we should be doing”, we can start to make choices that feel more true to us.
