The Gentle Breath Meditation
The Gentle Breath Meditation is a great support for our mental health and general wellbeing.
This weekly program offers an opportunity to take a moment for you and learn some practical tools. The Gentle Breath meditation is a very easy, practical style of meditation that all can benefit from.
The Gentle Breath Meditation technique helps slow down the constant chatter in our minds that can be so draining on the body. This gives us a moment to make space and review the pace of life that has become our ‘normal’.
Supporting yourself this way during your day helps prepare your body for sleep therefore the quality of your sleep can improve. This then allows your body to start to truly regenerate at night rather than simply recovering from the day.
Meditation Course (4 weeks)
Each session runs for 30 minutes.
Dates: To enroll in the course and to inquire about upcoming dates contact Katie. Meditation groups usually run on a Monday or Wednesday morning between 9.30am – 10.00am

Investment: $40 for the 4 week course
