Gentle Breath Meditation
The Gentle Breath Meditation is a great support to your general well being. It helps us to feel what’s really going on in our bodies. We can tell ourselves things are ok, but when you stop and are still do you feel your thoughts spinning in your head and the pace of life overwhelming at times? Or if you do sit down, do you want to fall asleep because you begin to feel how tired and depleted your body really is?
The Gentle Breath meditation is a very easy, practical style of meditation that all can benefit from. This meditation technique helps slow down the pace in your head and therefore helps you to be present with what you are doing at the time. Supporting yourself this way during your day helps prepare your body for sleep therefore the quality of your sleep can improve, which then allows your body to start to truly regenerate during sleep rather than recovering from the day.
This group runs for 30 minutes.
