Esoteric Yoga
With this yoga the focus is on you and your body, the quality of you in every movement. By taking time to focus on this connection we can identify areas where there is a lack of communication between our brain and our bodies. This lack of communication can result in living our lives at a pace which exhausts us and can lead to feeling tired, depleted and overwhelmed. By re-connecting with ourselves, and our breath, and by choosing to develop an understanding and relationship with you and your body, we are reminded of our innate ability to self-nurture and therefore nurture others.
Gentle Rhythms run 6 or 8 week courses during school term time.
